Project Management
Managing multiple projects involving contamination and mitigations of hazardous materials
Preparation and processing of entitlements and improvements for projects throughout southern California
Agency Processing
Facilitate project approvals through multiple governmental agencies
Conduct negotiations and problem solving strategies with municipalities
Manage conditions of approval and mitigation measures through project team and governmental agencies
Contribute to advancement and implementation of strategy between development teams and municipalities
Maintain a proactive approach in permit processing
Entitlement Services
Serve as a project advocate during the entitlement approval process
Recognize and address key issues that will affect product design, cost and schedule
Provide direction and coordination with development team consultants on site planning, civil engineering, landscape, fire and architecture
Maintain tracking schedules and conditions of required disciplines for projects
Contribute to the preparation of general plans, specific plans, and environmental documents
Contribute to the review of policy and procedures, and new laws being implemented within the development industry
